New Releases and Media Coverage TCSO LEEP DEPUTIES ASSIST ARLINGTON PD WITH CATTLE TRUCK CRASH Sep 28, 2024 ARTICLE ---- TCSO Livestock Estray Enforcement Program (LEEP) deputies were dispatched to the City of Arlington to assist Arlington Police with a crash involving a tractor trailer full of cattle which crashed and overturned killing and injuring several. LEEP is a specialized unit within the TCSO Patrol Division based out of the North Patrol station in Lake Worth. TCSO’s LEEP team works to roundup loose livestock which may present a danger to drivers, pedestrians and the animals themselves.
